He’s extremely methodical, displays great empathy and even phoned me on several occasions after treatment to see how I’m doing – a very personable approach. All the nurses and reception team are friendly and make you feel welcome. I’ve made several visits this year and always been seen on time. I’ve also been seen by Dr Armstrong at very short notice when I phoned up one morning with pain. I was seen that very afternoon and left in a much better state feeling very reassured.
